Terms of Service

Please read carefully. The moment you paid for the work you accept all my terms and conditions.
Turnaround Time: 1 -2 weeks
Increases per character and depending on the complexity of the commission, this will be discussed with you, if situation arises.PAYMENT:

Payment after sketch, you can pay 50% first and the rest before you receive your work, or you can paid in full at beginning.How I work?
- You're added to the Waiting List, waiting time may be short or longer depending on the complexity or works in progress.
- Once I contact you to start with your commission we discuss your idea, you send visual references of the character(s) involved and I'll start with sketch.
- You receive a basic sketch for reviewing, major changes are allowed at this stage (see below).
- You must confirm you're satisfied with the sketch for me to keep going, once the sketch is approved, I'll ask for the first half of payment.
- Once payment reaches me, we're officially started, you'll be receiving updates at each stage. Revisions at any stage must be minor, otherwise there'll be an extra charge.
- The final product will be notified to you and sent once the second half of payment has reached me. Please send in an email account where to send the drawing, or I'll ulpoad it on Drive so you can download from there.· MAJOR REVISIONS: Changes in posing, whole background, change of or add extra character(s), whole outfit, etc.
· MINOR REVISIONS: Changes or adjustments on details such as facial expression, color or other details that DON'T change the whole ambiance of the drawing.
In case you have a character that needs designing based off several images, please state it from the start, this adds a designing fee of $20

- Detailed background: $30 starting
- NSFW: 20% additional
- Private commission: 20% additional
- When a major revision is needed after a phase process is approved, I'll charge you an adittional amount for the revisions. i.e. we are coloring and you want a change on lineart.
- I reserve the right to refuse / cancel and refund the orden anytime and for any reason.
- I reserve the right to post the artwork online and in my portfolio, except the private commissions.
- My work is for personal purposes only, you may display, reproduce and use it anywhere; commercial use adds extra charge and must be discussed initially before the work starts.

Pagas después del sketch, puedes pagar un 50% primero y luego el resto antes de recibir tu comisión, o puedes pagar completo desde el inicio.Cómo trabajo?
- Se te añade a la Waiting List (Lista de Espera), donde el tiempo a esperar puede ser corto o lagro dependiendo de la complejidad de las comisiones en las que trabajo.
- Cuando te contacte para iniciar con tu comisión discutiremos tu idea, me enviarás referencias visuales del personaje involucrado y empezamos.
- Recibirás un sketch básico para revisar la idea general. Las modificaciones grandes están permitidos en esta fase. (Explicado más abajo)
- Debes confirmar que estás satisfecho con el sketch para que pueda continuar, y una vez aprobado solicitaré la primera mitad del pago.
- Cuando confirme el pago habremos empezado con tu comisión oficialmente. A partir de aquí las modificaciones deben ser menores, de lo contrario se te harán cargos extra por cada modificación.
- El producto final te será notificado y enviado una vez yo haya confirmado la recepción del resto del pago. Debes enviar un correo al cual enviarte el trabajo, o puedo subirlo a Drive desde donde podrás descargarlo.· MODIFICACIONES GRANDES: Cambios en la pose completa, todo el fondo, cambio de o añadido de personajes adicionales, todo el outfit, etc.
· MODIFICACIONES MENORES: Ajustes como la expresión del personaje, color o detalles que NO cambian el ambiente del dibujo.
En caso necesitas que trabaje un personaje compuesto por distintas imagenes referentes házmelo saber al inicio, esto añade un extra de $20

- Fondo detallado: a partir de $30
- NSFW: 20% adicional
- Comisión Privada: 20% adicional
- Si se necesita una Modificación Grande luego de que una fase ha sido aprobada se cobrará un monto adicional. Ejem: Estoy en la fase de coloreado y quieres una modificación importante en el Lineart.
- Me reservo el derecho a rechazar o cancelar y reembolsar una comisión en cualquier momento por cualquier motivo.
- Me reservo el derecho de publicar los trabajos en línea y en mi portafolio, a excepción de las comisiones privadas.
- Mi trabajo es para fines personales únicamente, puedes mostrarla, reproducirla y usarla donde desees; pero el uso comercial carga un monto extra y debe discutirse antes de que el trabajo empiece.
