Terms of Service

Please read carefully. The moment you paid for the work you accept all my terms and conditions.
Turnaround Time: 2 - 4 weeks
Increases per character and depending on the complexity of the commission, or if queue is full, this will be discussed with you, if situation arises.PAYMENT:
- Paypal (Invoices)
- 100% upfront . Revisions of your work will not be watermarked.How I work?
- You're added to the Waiting List, waiting time may be short or longer depending on the complexity of works in progress.
- I contact you, we discuss your idea, you send visual references of the character(s) involved and I'll start with sketch.
- Once payment reaches me, we're officially started. You receive a basic sketch for reviewing, major changes are allowed at this stage (see below).
- You must confirm you're satisfied with the basic sketch for me to keep going.
- You'll receive some updates at each stage. Revisions at any stage must be minor, otherwise there'll be an extra charge (unless I make a mistake)
- The final product will be notified to you and uploaded to Drive so you can download it from there.· MAJOR REVISIONS: Changes in posing, background, outfit, add extra character(s), etc.
· MINOR REVISIONS: Changes or adjustments on facial expression, base colors, details that DON'T change the whole ambiance of the piece.
In case you have a character that needs designing based off several images, please state it from the start, this adds a designing fee of $20

- NSFW: 20% additional
- Private commission: 40% additional
- When a major revision is needed after sketch has been approved, I'll charge you an adittional amount for the revisions. Example: we are coloring and you want a change on lineart.
- I reserve the right to refuse / cancel and refund the orden anytime and for any reason.
- No refunds after sketch is approved
- I reserve the right to post the artwork online, in my portfolio, and stream my work processes, except the private commissions.
- My work is for personal purposes only, you may display, reproduce and use it anywhere; commercial use adds extra charge and must be discussed initially before the work starts.
